摘要
目的探讨质量管理工具在提高病案首页质量中的作用。方法采用PDCA循环质量控制理论,针对病案首页某些项目缺失率高的现象,进行根因分析(RCA),采取对相关人员进行针对性培训,实施缺陷管理,完善HIS系统和病案首页填报项目的关联度等措施,提高病案首页质量。结果实施改进措施后近一年的病案首页填报数据显示,大部分病案首页填报缺失率降低至零,部分改进效果不明显的项目将纳入下一轮的PDCA质量控制。结论 PDCA循环质量控制理论应用到病案首页填报质量管理中,能大幅提升病案首页的质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality control methods on the quality improvement of home pages of medical records. Method Aimed at the phenomenon of high miss rate of some of the items in the home pages of medical records, we conducted root cause analysis with PDCA circulation quality control theory, many measures were taken to improve the quality of home pages of medical records, including targeted training to staff, defect management and improve the connection between HIS and items on the home pages. Result After nearly one year, the filling data showed that the missing rate of most home pages of medical records had decreased to zero, while some of items with no obvious improvement wound be put into the next round of PDCA circulation. Conclusion With PDCA circulation quality control theory adopted in the management process, the quality of home Dazes of medical records could be sigmificanflv imnreved.
