摘要
住院病案首页是患者住院信息的高度浓缩。病案首页质量的好坏,不但直接影响医院医疗信息的准确性和可靠性,也客观地反映出医院医疗质量和管理水平的高低。但是在实践中经常存在病案首页信息失真与不全现象,严重影响统计报表的质量和医院管理水平的提高。某院把PDCA循环引入提高病案首页信息质量当中,并以此获得质量较高的病案首页信息,以满足医院及上级主管部门对病案首页信息的需求,促进医院健康发展。
The front sheet of medical record is the high enrichment of patients hospital information, the quality of the front sheet of medical record not only directly influence the veracity and reliability of hospital medical information, but also objectively reflect the hospital medical quality and management level, information distortion incomplete phenomenon seriously affect the quality of the statis- tical reports and hospital management level. A hospital introduce PDCA cycle to the quality of the front sheet of medical record infor- mation to obtain higher quality information, and to meet the demand of hospital and upstream authorities, and to promote the healthy development of the hospital.
