摘要
将PDCA循环应用于电子病历质量管理中,发现质检人员水平参差不齐、核心制度执行差、新入职医师未参加正规培训及考核等问题。为此,改善质检工作环境、重视电子病历书写、完善电子病历质检流程,提高了电子病历质量及医疗质量与医院管理水平。
The PDCA cycle was applied to the quality management of electronic medical records （ EMR ） , which found prob- lems including uneven level of quality control personnel, poor implementation of the core system, new recruits physicians unpar- ticipating in formal training and assessment, etc. To address these problems, measures were taken including work environment improvement, paying attention to writing quality of EMR, and improving quality control processes of EMR, which improved the quality of EMR, medical quality and hospital management level.
