摘要
目的探讨运用PDCA循环法相入到病案质量管理以提高质量。方法制定一系列工作计划和措施,并认真执行,定期与不定期检查是否达到目标,并进行总结指导以后工作。结果通过PDCA循环法对病案质量进行管理后,病案质量有了较大提高。结论 PDCA循环法能显著提高病案质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle in quality management of medical records. Methods A series of work plans and measures were developed and strictly implemented; regular and irregular inspections were conducted to determine whether the goal was achieved; meanwhile,summary was also done to guide future work. Results With the application of PDCA cycle in the quality management of medical records,quality was greatly improved. Conclusion PDCA cycle can significantly improve quality management of medical records.
