血脂水平与前列腺癌的相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血脂水平与前列腺癌的相关性。方法采用病例对照研究的方法,选择病理确诊的前列腺癌患者323例(观察组)和与其年龄匹配、无恶性肿瘤证据患者327例(对照组),比较两组血脂水平的差异,并分析血脂水平与前列腺癌的相关性。结果两组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白水平比较存在统计学差异(P均<0.05),总胆固醇水平升高是发生前列腺癌的危险因素。结论前列腺癌与患者血浆总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白水平异常相关。
