摘要
目的：研究抑癌基因Ｐ２１ 、Ｐ５３ 在急性淋巴细胞性白血病中的蛋白表达水平。方法：应用Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎ Ｂｌｏｔ 及Ｓ－ Ｐ 免疫组织化学染色技术检测抑癌基因Ｐ２１ 、Ｐ５３ 在ＡＬＬ 中的蛋白表达水平。结果：１０ ．７１ ％ ＡＬＬ 患者Ｐ５３ 蛋白表达异常且表达水平有所增高，但与对照组比较无显著性差异（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） 。在２８ 例ＡＬＬ 患者中未检测到Ｐ２１ 蛋白表达缺失及表达水平异常，与对照组比较无显著性差异（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） 。结论：至少在蛋白表达水平，Ｐ２１ 与ＡＬＬ 的发生及演变过程无明显相关性；Ｐ５３ 蛋白表达在ＡＬＬ 中有异常改变，但无统计学意义，尚需进一步研究证实。
Objective:To investigate the expression of tumor suppressor genes P21,P53 in acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL).Methods:Using the Western Blot and S-P immunohistochemistry assay,the expression at protein level of P21,P53 was studied in 28 patients with ALL and 13 non-tumor patients as control.Results:The abnormal protein expression of P53 was exist in 10.7% ALL patients,But there was no significant difference as compared with control group(P>0.05).No deletion and other abnormality in the protein level of P21 were found in 28 ALL patients.Conclusion:It is suggested that at the protein level,P21 seemed to have no correlatoin to the development of ALL,The expression of P53 was abnormal in ALL patients,but with no statistical significance.
