摘要
CT四维电磁导航是近年发展的影像引导技术,目前该方法已应用于多个部位的穿刺活检与肿瘤消融等微创介入治疗,如肺癌、肝癌与肾癌等。它通过呼吸门控功能,为胸腹部病灶穿刺提高了准确性,缩短了手术时间,在提高安全性的同时有效减低辐射剂量,是一项具有实用前景的新型影像引导技术。
[ Abstract] CT 4-D electromagnetic navigation is a kind of image-guided technique that has developed in recent years. Nowadays, in clinical practice this technique has been already used in percutaneous biopsy and minimally-invasive interventional therapies for a variety of tumors, such as lung cancers~ liver cancers and renal carcinomas. With the help of respiration tracking system, this technique can improve the puncturing accuracy and safety, shorten the operation time and reduce the radiation dose as well. This technique is a new image-guided navigation means that carries practical application prospect. (J Intervent Radiol, 2014, 23: 93- 95)
