摘要
以I3与淀粉的显色反应为基础的流动注射技术分析。首先在室温下用溴水作氧化剂使碘离子发生形态转化 ,然后在线顺序完成过量溴的消除、碘的显色等步骤。建立了食盐中微量碘的快速自动分析方法。该方法灵敏、快速 ,线性范围 :I- 质量浓度为 0~ 5mg/L ;线性相关系数0 .9992。用于食盐样品分析 ,回收率为 93%~ 96% ,结果令人满意。
A flow injection spectrophotometric method for the determ ination of iodide is developed,based on the color reaction of I 3 with starch solution.First,oxidize iodide by bromine water at normal temperature.Then remov e the ex cessed bromine and develop on a linear order.A fast and automatic analysis meth od of iodide in common salt by flow injection analysis(FIA) is employed in this paper .The method is sensitive and rapid.Linear calibration curve were obtained from 0~5 mg/l with a correlation coeffient of 0.9998.Rate of recovery 93%~96 %.The result is satisfactory.
