摘要
介绍了低压离子色谱仪测定水样(地下水和自来水)和地质样品中Li~+、Na~+、K~+离子的方法.待测阳离子在色谱柱上被分离,以 8.64×10-4mol·L-1HNO3溶液作流动相,流速为1.2ml·min-1经电导检测器(进样量为1.2ml·min-1经电导检测器),进样量为40μl时,Li~+、Na~+、K~+的检出限分别为0.030,0.410,0.460μg·ml-1.
A method for determining cations in water samples(well-, tap-water) and geological samples by low pressure ion chromatography is reported. Li^+, Na^+, K^+ have been saparated on a seperation column. The mobile phase used was 8.64 × 10-4mol.I-1 IHNO3 at the flow rate of 1.15ml ·min-1. Cations in fractions that eluted from the column were daterminated by conductor. Detection limits were 30ng. ml-1 for Li^+, 410ng·ml-1 for Na^+, 460ng·ml-1 for K+, for a 40ul injection.
