摘要
依据溴和碘的二阶导数光谱,选择217.0nm的I-等吸收点波长和242.4nm的I-吸收峰波长,用于Br-和I-的同时测定。溴和碘标准混合液测定的误差为:Br--0.483%~+0.714%;I--0.405%~+0.983%。对21种离子做了干扰试验。并测定了食盐样品中I-和Br-的含量。样品中的回收率分别为:Br-97.2%~101%;I-99.6%~102%。
Based on second-derivate spectrum of bromine and iodine. a 217.0 nm wave-length isoabsorption point was selected for I-and a 242.4 nm peak absorption wave-lengthfor Br-to carry out simulaneous determination of these two elements. The error incurred inthe determination of bromine and lodine in a standard mixtore was-0.483%~+0.714%for Br-and-0.405%~+0.983% for I-. Interference tests were done with 21 kind ofelectrolytes and the I-and Br-content in common salf sample determined. The recovery ratefrom the sample was 97.2%~101% for Br-and 96.6%~102% for I-.
