摘要
基于I3-与淀粉的显色反应.采用流动注射分析技术,使碘离子形态转化、过量氧化剂的消除、以及碘的显色等步骤于室温下在线顺序完成,建立了微量碘的快速自动分析方法。方法的测定频率为80样/h;线性范围0~1.0mg/L,线性相关系数0.9993。用于实际样品分析,结果满意。
A flow injection-spectrophotometric method for the determination of iodide is developed based on the color reaction of I3 with starch solution. In the FIA manifold. bromine was introduced as an oxidant for species change of iodide and the excess of bromine is eliminated by sulphosalicylic acid solution at room temperature. The detection rate of the method is 80 samples per hour and the linear range is 0~ 1. 0mg/L.
