摘要
建立一种利用分光光度法快速测定过氧化氢溶液浓度的方法。本方法基于在酸性条件下硫酸铈能够与过氧化氢发生氧化还原反应,橙黄色的四价铈被还原为无色的三价铈,从而导致其溶液的吸光度值发生变化,根据溶液中硫酸铈和过氧化氢的反应定量关系,可计算得到过氧化氢的浓度。本方法选择的测定波长为480nm,硫酸浓度为0.5mol·L-1,反应时间为3.0min。研究结果表明,该方法具有较高的精度和准确度,其重现性实验的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.31%,而准确度实验的RSDs≤0.91%。该方法具有操作简单、快速,检测灵敏度高,实验成本较低等优点,适用于工业快速分析。
The present paper reported a spectrophotometry for the determination of hydrogen peroxide concentration .It is based on the reaction between ceric sulfate and hydrogen peroxide in an acidic medium ,in which orange tetravalent cerium is converted to colorless trivalent cerium that causeds the change in absorbance .According to the quantitative relationship between ceric sul-fate and hydrogen peroxide ,the hydrogen peroxide concentration can be calculated .The selected conditions were as follows :de-tection wavelength of 480 nm ,H2 SO4 concentration of 0.5 mol · L -1 ,and reaction time of 3.0 min .The results showed that the method has an excellent measurement precision (RSD=0 .31% ) and accuracy (RSD≤0 .91% ) for the quantification of hydrogen peroxide .The present method is simple and rapid ,with high detection sensitivity and low cost .It is suitable for use in rapid in-dustrial analyses.
