摘要
本文比较了测定过氧化氢的化学发光体系,以及金属和络合离子催化、表面活性剂增敏和碱性介质诸因素的影响,找到了4-羟基香豆素-Cu^(2+)-CTMAB(溴化十六烷基三甲胺)化学发光新体系。本方法测定过氧化氢的检测限是3×10^(-10)mol/L,线性范围1×10^(-2)~3×10^(-5)mol/L。
A new chemiluminescence system of 4-hydroxy-coumarin-Cu(Ⅱ)-CTMAB was found by comparison of‘various chemilumiluminescence systems for determining H_2O_2. Some factorr, such as catalysis of metal and complex ions, surfactant micelle to increase the sensitivity and alkali medium etc., have been investigated. The detection limit is 3x 10^(-1O) mol/L. for H_20_2, and linear working range 1X10^(-2)~3x10^(-5) mol/L.
