摘要
目的探讨淋巴细胞免疫治疗原因不明复发性流产的护理方法。方法将全部156例患者随机分为观察组和对照组(各78例),两组均给予淋巴细胞免疫治疗,对照组在治疗的基础上给予一般的常规护理,观察组则给予精心的综合护理。结果观察组68例妊娠孕妇有61例妊娠成功,妊娠成功率为89.7%,对照组65例妊娠孕妇有45例妊娠成功,妊娠成功率为69.2%,观察组妊娠成功率明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对不明原因复发性流产患者采用免疫疗法进行治疗并给予精心的综合护理能够取得较好的疗效和较高妊娠成功率。
Objective To investigate the nursing method for the lymphocyte immunotherapy on unexplained recurrent miscarriage. Methods All 156 cases of patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group （78 cases in each）. The lymphocyte immune therapy was performed in both two groups. On the basis of the treatment, the routine nursing method was used in the control group, while the comprehensive and careful nursing method was used in the observation group. Results 61 cases had successful pregnancy in 68 cases of pregnant women in the observation group with the success rate of 89.7%, and 45 cases had successful pregnancy in 65 cases of pregnant women in the control group with the success rate of 69.2%. The successful pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than the control group with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive and careful nursing method has good curative effect and high successful pregnancy rate in patients with unexplained recurrent miscarriage treated with the immunotherapy.
