摘要
目的探讨原因不明性反复自然流产接受淋巴细胞免疫治疗的效果。方法对我院30例封闭抗体阴性、原因不明性反复自然流产患者进行丈夫的淋巴细胞免疫治疗。结果30例患者中,25例再次妊娠,4例再次发生早中期流产,妊娠成功率70.0%。所生婴儿体格、智力发育正常。所有病免疫治疗后复查封闭抗体,16例转阳性,阳性率53.3%,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论淋巴细胞免疫治疗原因不明性反复自然流产有效、安全;封闭抗体对治疗过程和妊娠结局有一定预示价值。
Objectives To spontaneous abortions（URSA） immunized with lymphocytes. Four cases aborted again in new infants were healthy in significantly. Conclusions investigate the efficacy of immunotherapy in women with unexplained recurrent .Methods Thirty URSA women whose blocking antibodies（Bab） were negative were Results Among thirty cases, twenty-five cases had delivered normal newborns. the first or second stage .The successive rate of pregnancy was 70.0%.All of the physique and intelligence. After immunization, the Bab positive rate increased Immunotherapy with lymphocytes is effective in treating URSA . Nabs have some prognostic value in the course of treatment and on the subsequent pregnancy.
