摘要
针对大曲率赋形凸面天线的制造难题,研究了其制造关键技术并给出了制造工艺流程。该制造技术利用"点阵钉模、真空负压、蜂窝夹层、应力释放"的精密成形原理,并采用双夹层蜂窝结构胶结成形的方法,其关键技术主要包括赋形凸面天线母线点集的计算、工艺补充面的建立、点阵钉模的生成及用于形成包络面的垫板开缝原则等。基于该制造工艺流程研制出了赋形凸面天线反射单元并给出了测量结果。结果显示,反射单元型面精度达到30.2μm,验证了该制造工艺流程的实用性和有效性。
To solve the manufacturing problem of the large curvature beamshaped convex antenna, the key technolo gy of manufacture was researched and the manufacturing process flow was also pointed, which adapted the precision forming principle of discrete nails die, vacuating press, honeycomb sandwich, stress release inplane and the cemen ted forming method of double laminated honeycomb structure. The key technologies such as the point set calculation of the beamshaped convex antenna generatrix, the establishment of the process supplement surface, the generation of discrete nails die and the shim plate slitting principle used for the formation of the envelope surface were discussed and implemented. The beamshaped convex antenna reflector units were developed based on the manufacturing process flow and the measurement results were given. The Root Mean Square (RMS) of reflector unit surface accu racy achieved and the feasibility and effectiveness of the manufacturing process flow were verified.
