摘要
建立了双曲率蜂窝夹层板在“点阵钉模、真空负压”条件下成形的有限元分析模型。对双曲率蜂窝夹层板的柔性复合成形过程进行了数值模拟 ,研究了板料在成形过程中薄膜力及型面误差分布。通过分析得到了反射面型面精度的影响因素 ,优化了反射面结构形式。实验得到的反射面天线具有很高的型面精度和结构稳定性 ,实际型面精度和数值模拟结果十分接近 。
A finite element model was established to simulate the forming process of double curvature honeycomb sandwich panel under the conditions of 'nails die, vacuum'. We used it to simulate the flexible-and-compound forming processes of double curvature reflector panels and to analyze the stress and the shape-error-distributions in the forming process. The effect factors for Root Mean Square (RMS) of reflector panel were analyzed and the structure shape of reflector panel was optimized. The results were validated by experiments. The honeycomb sandwich reflector panel that was made by this technology may reach high precision and stability. It is proven this finite element model can be used to study the forming processes of this kind of sandwich panels effectively.
