摘要
针对天线罩的结构特点,对制造的关键技术进行了研究。通过合理的选材,二次固化成型工艺,在严格控制工艺参数条件下,研制出了等厚度大曲率天线罩,其性能符合设计要求。
In point of the structural characteristics of a radome,the key technologies for manufacturing were studied.Through a rational selection and using twice curing process,in the strictly controlled process parameters conditions,a large curvature of the same thickness of the antenna cover was manufactured,its performance met the design requirements.
