智慧物流人才开发相关因素研究——以宁波为例 被引量:3

摘要 文章在回顾近年来关于智慧物流和智慧物流人才开发的文献基础上,明确了智慧物流人才的内涵。从智慧物流人才开发涉及的政府、行业、企业、学校、个人等环境因素出发,构建了一套智慧物流人才开发指标体系。借助DEMATEL方法,以宁波市开发智慧物流人才为例,揭示了各因素之间的综合影响度及其影响宁波市智慧物流人才开发的原因度和中心度;明确了后续宁波智慧物流人才开发时,如何充分发挥各因素的因果关系,进而能够使智慧物流人才开发政策更有针对性。 On the basis of the literature review of smart logistics and smart logistics talent development, the article defines smart logistics' talent. It constructes a set of talent development index system on smart logistics, which is involving government, industry, enterprises, schools and individuals. With the DEMATEL(decision making trial and evaluation laboratory) method, taking the Ningbo smart logistics talent development for example, the article shows the relationships among the related factors, and quantitatively measures the comprehensive degree, causal degree and central degree. It reveals that the talent development of smart logistics should give full play to the causal relationship of the factors which affects its own development. Thus, the smart logistics talent development policy will be more effect.
