摘要
分析了广西北部湾经济区人才开发现状,指出北部湾经济区在人才开发上具有一定的区域竞争力,但局部人才发展极不平衡,人才开发投入、平台、环境、制度等因素制约了人才的发展;提出建立多元化的人才开发投入机制、拓宽高层次人才开发平台、建立宽松的人才发展环境、完善人才培养和使用管理制度、建立人才开发考核监督机制等对策,以促进北部湾经济区人才开发的持续发展。
Present study has been conducted to analyse the current status of talent development in Guangxi Beibu Bay Economic Zone. Certain degree of regional competitiveness in the way of talent development has been observed in this zone. The local talent development was found to be extremely unbalanced and dependent on input efforts, working and training platforms, social and working environment. It was put forward that diverse input efforts for talent development should be implemented, platform for high-level trainings should be developed and existing ones should be rectified accordingly. Congenial environment for working should be created, management system for talent training and employment should be improved, and assessment and monitoring mechanism should be constructed.
