摘要
以宁波示范企业建设的影响因素为切入点,基于价值链理论构建示范企业影响因素体系,应用AHP分析法对因素进行排序、分类与剖析,从智慧物流人才、经营管理、信息化与智能化水平、智能化服务能力、政策措施与基础设施设备条件六个方面提出了行业领先企业跻身示范企业行列的推进策略。
In this paper, based on the value chain theory, we established the influence factor system in the construction of the demonstration enterprises in Ningbo and, using AHP, proposed the strategies to help the industry-leading enterprises advance into demonstration enterprises.
