摘要
为了提高高职学生的专业技能和就业质量,高职院校采用毕业设计、顶岗实习等一系列方式提高毕业生的实践能力,缩小毕业生实际动手能力与企业实际要求间的差距,采用顶岗实习管理平台对学生顶岗实习的整个过程进行科学的管理,及时了解毕业生顶岗实习的具体情况,对学生在顶岗实习过程中遇到的问题进行统计分析,合理调整人才培养方案,使毕业生理论知识和操作能力最大化符合企业要求。
In order to improve the students＇ professional skills and quality of employment, vocational colleges utilize graduate designs, internships and a series of methods to improve the practical ability of the graduates and to reduce the gap between the manipulative abilities of the graduates and the actual requirements of the enterprises. We utilize the platform of internship management to manage the whole process of students＇ internship scientifically, and acknowledge the specific situations of the graduates＇ internship timely to analyze the problems which the students encounter in the internship process statisically and to adjust the personnel training program reasonably so that the theoretical knowledges and skills of the graduates will maximizely meet the demands of enterprises.
