摘要
校企合作是高等职业院校土建类专业培养高素质技术技能型人才的必由之路,是高等职业教育改革的方向。辽宁建筑职业学院土木工程系建筑工程技术专业通过多年的校企合作实践,对高职土建类专业校企合作模式进行分析,目的是以校企合作为依托,加大校外实训基地的建设,建立"实习带就业"模式,使学生的实践能力得到实质性提高,促进就业;使学生成为适应建筑工程生产一线的技术、管理等职业岗位需求的高等技术应用性人才。
College-enterprise cooperation is the necessary road for the major of civil engineering and architecture to cultivate high-qualified technical talents, as well as the direction of vocational educational reform. Through many-year practice of college-enterprise cooperation in the major of architecture engineering technology of Civil Engineering Department, Liaoning Jianzhu Vocational University, this paper analyzes the mode of college-enterprise cooperation in the major of higher vocational civil engineering and architecture with the goal of relying on college-enterprise cooperation to increase the construction of practical training base outside colleges. It constructs the mode of internship driving employment so that students＇ practical ability can get substantial improvement. It can promote employment so that students can become high-technical applicable talents who adapt to the requirement of occupational post in technology and management of production first line in architecture engineering.
