摘要
顶岗实习是高职学生毕业前的一项重要教学环节,学生将在校学习的专业知识与技能综合运用到真实的职业环境中,有效地提高专业综合实践能力和工作经验,为顺利走向工作岗位打下坚实基础。但是在推行顶岗实习教学模式的过程中,部分高职院校在管理方法上暴露出许多不足,影响到顶岗实习的正常运行。文章通过分析高职院校顶岗实习管理现状与存在的问题,探索做好顶岗实习管理工作的对策。
Working practice is a key teaching link in higher vocational education. Students will use professional knowledge and skills in school to real comprehensive occupational environment, effectively improve the comprehensive practice of professional ability and work experience, to lay a solid foundation for the smooth work.However, in the implementation of working practice teaching mode, some vocational colleges exposed many deficiencies in the management approach, affecting the normal operation of internships. Through the analysis of current management situation and existing problem of working practice in higher vocational education, explore the countermeasures for doing well the working practice management.
