摘要
十八大报告中明确提出了打造生态文明,建设美丽中国的目标要求。实现这一目标要求,仅仅靠政府单方面推动是远远不够的,必须要发动整个社会的力量,从上到下培育生态文明理念,以生态的思维指导文明的生产和生活方式。
the 18th Party Congress report clearly put forward to build ecological civilization and construct beautiful China. To achieve push, it must arouse the whole social bottem, using the ecological thinking this goal, it is not enough only by the government unilaterally power, cultivate the concept of ecological civilization from top to to guide the civilization of life and production.
