摘要
构建和谐社会与构建和谐企业紧密相联,构建和谐企业最主要的问题就是要建立协调稳定的劳动关系。只有企业和职工共同的利益得到真正维护,和谐的劳动关系才能得以实现。因此说,发挥好工会的维护职能,是企业构建和谐劳动关系的保证。
The construction of a harmonious enterprise is linked closely with building a harmoni- ous society. The main problem in building a harmonious enterprise is to build harmonious and stable labor relations. Only in the way that the interests of the enterprise and workers get real maintenance, can harmonious labor relations be realized. Therefore, trade unions＇playing a good maintenance func- tion, is the assurance of enterprise＇s constructing the harmonious labor relations.
