摘要
培育高职学生职业素养是提升学生就业竞争力的需要,更是高职院校改革发展的重要途径。从职业素养的内涵、职业素养培育的意义、职业素养培育现状分析出发,结合工作实际,对高职学生职业素养培育的途径与方法作几点思考与探索。
It is the must of improving students employment competitiveness for vocational students to cultivate professional quality, moreover, the important approach for vocational colleges to reform and develop. The article is based on the connotation of professional quality, the significance of professional quality cultivation, the status analysis of professional quality cultivation, initiating and in- tegrating practical work to push forward to somewhat think and explore for the approach and way of pro- fessional quality cultivation for vocational students.
