摘要
在对就业能力及职业道德概念进行界定的基础上,重点论述校企合作视角下高职生就业能力与职业道德提升策略:产学研结合办学机制是提升就业能力与职业道德的前提;校企联合构建高职生就业能力与职业道德培养课程;让高职生深入企业感受就业能力与职业道德提升重要性。
On the basis of defining the concepts of employment ability and professional ethics,it mainly discusses the strategies of improving students'employment ability and professional ethics from the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation:a sound mechanism of combining production with study and research,which is the premise of improving employment ability and professional ethics;the construction of vocational students'employment ability and professional ethics training course with the efforts of both the school and the enterprise;the vocational college students’awareness of the importance of employability and professional ethics.
