摘要
目的考察尼美舒利对蟾蜍上腭粘膜纤毛运动的影响。方法采用蟾蜍在体上腭法,考察尼美舒利对蟾蜍上腭粘膜纤毛持续运动时间和对粘膜纤毛形态的影响。结果尼美舒利对蟾离离体上腭粘膜的纤毛具有一定影响作用,纤毛持续运动百分率为23%,与生理盐水组相比,P<0.05,具有显著性差异。结论尼美舒利鼻腔给药需慎重。
Objective To study the mucoeiliary toxicity of nimesulide in toads. Methods In situ toad palate model was established as the experimental model to evaluate the effects of Nimesulide on percentage of persistent vibration of toad palate cilia as well as the mucosa] ciliary features. Results The percentage of persistent vibration of Nimesulide group was 23 % , showing significant difference with physiologic saline group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Nimesulide nasal administra- tion should be careful.
