摘要
用冻融法制备重建型赖氨匹林脂质体，包封率为５５．９４％，含量为３５．２８％，平均粒径为１．２９μｍ。家兔２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ的剂量连续鼻腔给药２０ｄ，对鼻粘膜无损害。对健康受试者鼻腔给药单剂量５００ｍｇ，测得绝对生物利用度为９３．８％。
Aspirin-dl-lysine liposome (ALL)in reconstituted form was prepared by the method of sonication lyophilization-vesicle, the entrapped rate was 55.94%,the content was 35.28%,the mean diameter was 1.35μm. After transnasal administration of ALL 20mg/kg·d for 20 days in rabbits,no damages were found in nasal mucous membrane. With transnasal administration of single dose of 500 mg to healthy volunteers. the absolute bioavailability was 93.8%.
