摘要 目的分析检测白芥子中挥发性成分的组成。方法首先采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)技术萃取白芥子中的挥发性成分,再用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)技术对其挥发性成分进行分析鉴定。结果从白芥子中共分离出37个色谱峰,鉴别出其中25个成分,占挥发性成分总量的81.15%。其主要化学成分为异硫氰酸烯丙酯(15.85%)、茴香脑(6.75%)、1-环丙基丙烷(5.98%)、苯并噻唑(3.87%)、巴豆腈(3.57%)、异硫氰酸环己酯(2.81%)等。结论采用HS-SPME-GC-MS联用技术能快速全面获得白芥子挥发性成分的组成信息,为其进一步研究提供科学依据。 Objective To analyze the volatile chemical components of Semen Brassicae.Methods The headspaces solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME) technique was adopted to extract the volatile components of Semen Brassicae and then the GC-MS technique was adopted to perform the qualitative analysis on its volatile components.Results A total of 37 chromatographic peaks were separated and 25 components were identified,which accounted for 81.15% of the total amount of the components.The main chemical components were allyl isothiocyanate (15.85%),cisanethol (6.75%),benzothiazole(5.98%),benzothiazole(3.87%),crotononitrile(3.57%),isothiocyanatocyclohexane (2.81%),etc.Conclusion Using HS-SPME-GC-MS combination technique can quickly get the volatile chemical components information of Semen Brassicae and provide the scientific basis for its further research.
