摘要
研究了添加稀土Ce及固溶处理对Al-10Mg合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。添加Ce能够细化Al-10Mg合金的铸态组织,并形成Al4Ce相,固溶处理可使Al3Mg2相溶解。随Ce添加量的增加,Al4Ce相由弥散分布的颗粒状、短杆状形态转变为粗大连续的枝状形态。综合考虑,添加0.4%的Ce对提高Al-10Mg合金的力学性能最为有效。
Effects of Ce addition and solid solution treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-10Mg alloys were investigated.The results indicate that the as-cast microstructure of Al10Mg alloy can be refined as a result of generation of Al4Ce by Ce addition.After solid solution treatment,the Al3 Mg2 phase is almost dissolved intoα-Mg phase.As the increase of Ce,morphology of Al4 Ce phase distributed at grain boundaries is changed from particle-like or short rod-like granular phase to coarse continuous network.Al-10Mg alloy with 0.4%Ce exhibits the satisfied mechanical properties.
