摘要
本文采用稀土Ce对ZL101合金进行变质处理,从显微组织和力学性能两个方面研究了变质的作用.试验结果表明,稀土Ce减小初晶α-Al的晶粒度,对共晶Si有明显的变质效果,最终提高了合金的力学性能,不同的Ce含量对合金的变质效果不同,Ce添加量为0.1wt%时合金的抗拉强度达到179MPa,延伸率4%.利用此种变质工艺可获得力学性能优良的ZL101合金.
The present work focuses on studying microstructure and mechanical property of ZL101 aluminum alloy by the Ce modification process. The experimental results show that adding rare earth Ce can greatly reduce the granularity of primary α-A1 and has a significant modification effect on eutectic Si,so increases the mechanical property of the alloy. A different amount of Ce addition has a different effect on the modification of alloy. Adding 0.1wt % Ce makes the tensile strength arrive at 179 MPa and elongation at 4%. It is suggested that this process can help obtain an alloy with an excellent mechanical property.
