摘要
根据稀土元素在镁合金中存在的形式及其作用,综述了稀土Ce、Nd、Y、Er及Sc在镁合金中的晶粒细化效果及其作用机理。一定量的Ce、Nd、Y、Er及Sc对镁合金晶粒均有细化作用,根据稀土固溶度的不同,其细化合金晶粒所加入的量也不同;镁合金晶粒开始粗化时所添加的稀土量是随着其在镁合金中的固溶度增加而增大的。
The grain refinement performance and mechanism of rare-earth(RE) addition in magnesium alloys were reviewed by analysing the existing form and efficiency of various RE,including Ce,Nd,Y,Er and Sc.The results show that the grain size of magnesium alloys could be refined by a certain amount of Re additon.The optimum amount for the grain refinement is determined by the solid solubility of RE in Mg matrix.The critical value of RE addition increases with the solid solubility of Mg in Mg alloy.
