摘要
目的:了解我院住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法:随机抽取我院2012年6—12月330例住院患者的病历,并分析其抗菌药物使用情况。结果:330例患者中234例使用了抗菌药物,抗菌药物使用率为70.91%;31例使用抗菌药物不合理,抗菌药物不合理使用率达到13.25%。结论:我院不合理使用抗菌药物和抗菌药物使用率偏高,需加强对抗菌药物合理使用的管理,减少耐药菌株,降低药品不良反应的发生率,促进我院抗菌药物合理应用。
OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the antibiotic use in the inpatients of our hospital so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of antibiotics. METHODS： 330 inpatient medical records during June-December period of 2012 in our hospital were sampled randomly for analysis of the antibiotic use. RESULTS ： Of the total 330 cases reviewed, 234 （70.91% ） received antibiotics, with irrational antibiotic use noted in 31 cases （ 13.25 % ）. CONCLUSION： The rate of antibiotic use and rate of irrational antibiotic use in our hospital were on the high side, thus it is urgent to strengthen the management on the rational use of antibiotics in an attempt to reduce the presence of resistant bacteria and incidence of adverse drug reactions and promote rational use of antibiotics in our hospital.
