摘要
以福建华电可门发电有限公司一期制粉系统为例,分析了运行过程中存在的排渣门磨损、卡涩及漏风、漏粉等问题,采用全密闭式石子煤排放系统改造方案进行改造,解决了原排渣系存在的问题,取得了良好的效果。
Taking the coal pulverizing system of the Fujian Huadian Kemen Power Generation Company Limited project phase I as example,the problems existed in operation process,such as the wear and jam of the pebble coal discharging gate,the air leakage,the pulverized coal leakage and so on,were analyzed.Using the scheme of full-closed pebble coal discharging system,the pebble coal discharging devices were retrofitted.The above problems were solved,and good effect was obtained.
