摘要
以ZGM95G型中速磨煤机作为研究对象,利用FLUENT程序模拟中速磨煤机内的流场,采用离散相模型模拟石子煤的排放,对石子煤排放量进行研究。结果显示,不同喷嘴环入口处的一次风静压和流量呈不均匀分布,且低流量区排出的石子煤要多于其它区域;喷嘴环处的风速最高且是影响石子煤排放的一个重要因素;随着石子煤粒径的增加,其排出的量也逐渐增多;密度越大,石子煤排放量越大。根据数值模拟结果,对中速磨煤机提出了改造建议。
Taking ZGM956 type medium speed mill as the object to study,the inner flow field in said mill has been numerically simulated by using the FLUENT programme,and discrete phase model being adopted in simulating the discharge of pyrites from said mill.Results show that the static pressure and the flow rate at each nozzle ring are non-uniformly distributed,and the discharged pyrites in regions with low flow rate are more than those in other regions.The primary air velocity is the highest at the nozzle ring,and this is an important factor to affect the discharge of pyrites.Along with the increase of particle size,the quantily of discharged pyrites is also gradually increased,and more pyrites would be discharged with increasing thier density.
