摘要
从600MW超临界机组磨煤机热控设备的作用及地位出发,引出了提高热控设备可靠性的问题。对基建安装和调试质量,以及正常运行期间中速磨煤机热控设备的工作环境的影响等因素进行了分析,明确提出了中速磨煤机热控设备可靠性的重点是提高磨煤机排渣门和磨煤机入口风量的可靠性。分别从技术和设备管理2个方面提出了针对上述问题的具体措施。重点介绍了福建华电可门发电有限公司通过技术攻关解决了磨煤机入口风量波动和磨煤机排渣门故障频繁的难题,达到了提高磨煤机热控设备可靠性之目的。
The necessary of improving the reliability of thermal control equipments for medium-speed mill was emphasized according to the analysis of its function and position in 600 MW supercritical units. By researching the influence factors of their installation and commissioning as well as the working condition in normal operation, the author made it clearly that the key points were to raise the reliability of slag extraction valves and quality of the mill inlet wind. Therefore some practical measures in technology and management have been put forward, and resolve those two difficult problems in 600 MW supercritical unit in Fujian Huadian Kemen Power Plant has been introduced in detail.
