摘要
利用数值模拟法对中速磨煤机内的一次风流场进行了模拟。模拟结果显示,由于一次风是从磨煤机一侧吹入,故不同风环处的入口静压和流量呈不均匀分布,模拟也验证了风环处的风速最高。风环处的高风速以及不同风环流量的不均匀分布是影响煤粉输送、石子煤排放等性能的重要因素。根据数值模拟结果,可有针对性地对中速磨煤机开展风环改造、风室改造等工作,以使磨煤机的性能更加优化。
The flow fields in the HP medium speed mill were simulated by employing the numerical simulation meth-od.The results showed that the static pressure and the flow rate at each nozzle ring were different from those of others due to the primary air entering the mill only from one side,and simulation also validated that the air velocity at the nozzle ring was the highest in the mill.The high air velocity and the uneven distribution of flow rates at different noz-zle rings were the important factors that affect the performance of mill such as carrying of coal powder and discharging of the pebble coal.The reconstruction suggestions for nozzle ring and air chamber are provided for the medium speed mill according to the simulated results.
