摘要
随着全球化的发展,中国传统集体主义价值观日渐受到西方个人主义价值观的冲击。本文基于Triandis的个人主义和集体主义理论,采用Triandis集体主义量表和Heneman多维度薪酬满意度量表对中国国有科研机构员工进行问卷调查,运用spss15.0 for windows计算文化价值取向各维度与薪酬满意度各维度之间的相关系数,从文化价值取向的视角探讨不同价值取向的科研人员的薪酬满意度差异。
With the development of globalization,traditional Chinese collectivism value has been increasingly impacted by the western individualism values.This paper adopts Triandis collectivist scale and Heneman pay satisfaction multi-dimensional scale to survey the staffs in China's state-owned scientific research institutions.It uses spass15.0 for windows to calculate the correlation coefficient between the cultural values and pay satisfaction.It discusses the different satisfaction under different cultural values.
