摘要
收入满意度是影响科技人员工作绩效的重要因素。本文采用因子分析、回归分析等方法,对江苏省高科技企业科技人员的收入满意度进行实证研究。结果表明:江苏省高科技企业科技人员的收入满意度处于中等偏低水平;在科技人员收入满意度的影响因素中,付出与回报公平感对其影响最大,其次是收入水平,再就是工作成就感和生活状态。最后,根据实证研究结论提出了提高科技人员收入满意度的政策建议。
The income satisfaction is an important factor which influences the job performance of the scientific and technical personnel. This paper makes an empirical research on the survey data of scientific and technical personnel in high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu province by the measures of factor analysis and regression analysis. The results show that the income satisfaction of science and technology personnel is at the middle level. In the influencing factors, fairness of pay and reward have the greatest effect, followed by income level, then the sense of work achievement and life state. Finally, according to empirical results, this paper puts forward recommendations to improve the income satisfaction of scientific and technical personnel.
