摘要
对影响涤纶POY条干不匀率的工艺、设备因素进行了总结,详细分析了POY异常波谱图产生的原因,并提出了降低POY条干不匀率、消除异常波谱的方法,以达到根据波谱图及时消除工艺、设备故障,提高产品质量,降低消耗的目的。
The article summarizes the technological and mechanical factors which effect the unevenness of polyester POY yam and analyse the reason caused abnormal unevenness spectrum. The measures to decrease unevenness of POY and to eliminate abnormal unerenness spectrum are presented. The purpose is only to eliminate the technological and mechanical trouble in time, which according to unevenness spectrum, and to improve product quality and to decrease consumption.
