摘要
本文着重介绍了UDY、POY、FDY、DTY的生产过程中,影响长丝条干不匀的工艺和机械因素,详细分析了产生周期性条干不匀的原因。说明如何通过条干不匀率波谱图跟踪产品质量,从而及时有效地解决条干不匀问题,提高了产品质量。
The technological and mechanical factors which effect the eveness in the production of UDY, POY, FDY and DTY are introcuced in particular, the reason which causes the periodical uneveness is analysed in detail and the monitor of yarn eveness in processing by uneveness spectrum for the purpose of improvement in eveness and products quality is also illustrated.
