摘要
讨论纺丝温度、纺丝速度、侧吹风条件、上油集束位置对X形聚酯POY条干不匀率性能的影响。研究结果表明,聚酯POY最小条干不匀率的最佳纺丝工艺条件为:纺丝温度291℃,纺丝速度2 800 m/min,侧吹风风速0.40 m/s,垂直上油集束位置900 mm及水平上油集束位置20 mm。
The effects of spinning parameters such as spinning temperature, spinning speed, air speed of quench wind and gather position of oil finishing on the yarn unevenness of polyester POY with X shape were discussed in this study. Results indicated that the optimal spinning parameters are as follows:spinning temperature is about 291℃, spinning speed is 2 800 m/rain, air speed of quench wind is 0.40 m/s, gather position of vertical oil finishing is 900 mm and gather position of horizontal oil finishing, 20 mm.
