摘要
本文系统总结了本研究室从 1982年起开展棉花黄萎病抗性遗传育种所取得的一些研究结果。18年 4个轮次的研究证明 ,棉花黄萎病抗性表现为多个显性单基因的遗传模式 ,从而基本上澄清了国际上长期争论的难题。通过我国黄萎病病原菌的遗传变异和致病力分化分析 ,提出了棉花抗黄萎病育种中鉴别菌株的选择 ,抗源的合理利用 ,苗期快速鉴定等选育技术 ,拓建了抗黄萎病育种的轮回选择基础群体。选育出早熟、高产、优质、抗枯耐黄萎病棉花新品种南农
The summarized results of inheritance and breeding of cotton cultivars resistant e to Verticillium dahliae acquired in Cotton Genetics & Breeding Research La boratory, Nanjing Agricultural University were reported in the paper. It is test ified that the cotton resistance to V[KG-4]erticillium dahliae is co ntrolled by mu lti dominant genes for different strains after our research which lasted as lo ng as 18 years. This result basically clarified the inheritance mode that is deb a ted in the world for a long time. Genetic variation and race differentiation of V[KG-4]erticillium dahliae in cotton was presented. Breeding stra tegies to develop cotton cultivars resistant to Verticillium such as strain selection to identify whether single plant is resistant or susceptible, appropriate using of resistan t germplasm resources and quick testing technique for resistance at seedling sta ge were developed. Bulked basic pools for recurrent selection to develop resista nt cultivars have been constructed in our laboratory. New cotton cultivar, Nanno ng l, has been developed and grown with earliness, high yield, super fiber quali ties, resistance to Fusarium and tolerant to Verticillium wilt.
