摘要
利用我国发现并鉴定的陆地棉核雄性不育系—洞A为工具,将国内外现有的十多个抗(耐)棉花黄萎病的品种(系)和种质系导入到二个轮回群体中,拓建了棉花抗黄萎病轮回选择基础群体。从而为同步提高棉花的产量、品质和抗病性打下基础。
Using genetic male sterile line Dong-A, more than 10 upland cultivars and germplasm lines resistant or tolerant to Verticillium dahliae were crossed and converted to produce two basic pools of recurrent selection for the development of cultivars resistant to Verticillium dahliae. It should be great helpful to improve the yield, fiber qualities and resistance to Verticillium wilt simultaneously.
