摘要
我们选用正交试验法,考察了各因素对大黄醇回流提取总蒽醌的影响。结果表明:大黄以95%乙醇5倍量回流提取3次,每次1小时为最佳工艺。
Concentration of alcohol reflowing time and amount of alcohol was tested in cluster analysis for alcohol extracting procedure.Experimental results showed that reflowing times and concentration of alcohol were the significant facts to total ahthraquinome content with P<0.01 respectively.The best extracting procedure can be described as: the drug powder is reflowed 3 times,1 hour each,95% alcohol 5 times as much.
