摘要
用高效液相色谱法建立唐古特大黄乙醇提取物的指纹图谱分析方法。采用Phenomenex Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);甲醇-0.1%H3PO4为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为270 nm,以大黄酸为参照峰。结果共有18个共有峰。此法为有效地控制唐古特大黄乙醇提取物的质量提供了依据。
Fingerprint chromatograms of alcohol extract from Rheum tanguticum by HPLC were established. A Phenomenex Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm) column was used, methanol - 0.1% phosphate acid was used as the mobile phase, and gradient elution program was used. UV detection wavelength was 270 nm, and rhein was used as a reference peak. The results indicated that 18 peaks were obtained in fingerprint chromatograms. The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility, and it can be used as a quality control method for alcohol extracts from Rheum tanguticum.
