摘要
目的:应用溶剂回流法提取大黄总蒽醌浸出量的研究。方法:先采用单因素考察,然后采用正交试验法考察硫酸的浓度、料液比、硫酸与氯仿体积比、提取时间、提取温度、提取次数6个因素对提取率的影响,优选大黄总蒽醌的最佳提取方案。结果:原料粒度60目,料液比1:12g.ml-1,硫酸和氯仿的体积比为1:5,提取温度为65℃,提取时间1.5h,提取次数为4次。结论:溶剂回流法是一种提取效率好、操作简便、省时的提取中草药活性成分的新方法,值得推广应用。
Objective: Applying solvent reflux technique to study the extraction of total anthraquinones from Rhubarb. Methods:First, using of the single factor, then, the orthogonal test design was used to arrange sequent experiments to test the effects of the six main factors including the concentration of sulphuric acid, liquid than expected, the volume ratio of sulfuric acid and chloroform, extraction time, extraction temperature, extraction times on the extraction efficiency of free anthraquinones and to establish optimal extraction process. Results:The granule size material at 60 mu, liquid than expected was 1:12g.ml-1 , the volume ratio of sulfuric acid and chloroform was 1:5, extraction temperature was 65℃, extraction time was 1.5h, extraction times was 4. Conclusions:Solvent reflux extraction method is efficient, simple and rapid for extract ion of active compounds of TCM and a good application.
