摘要
唐盛昌在职从教51周年,在上海市上海中学担任校长24年,是一个不可多得的教育＂富矿＂。对其教育思想与实践进行研究,有利于站在更高的视野去推进我国的基础教育改革。唐盛昌是一名具有思想高度与前瞻意识的优质教育改革先行者。他扎根于教育实践形成的具有高度性、前瞻性的教育思想与实践,涉及多个方面,文章主要诠释其资优生教育、三高（高立意、高思辨、高互动）教学、创新人才早期培育、自主办国际教育、数字化校园建设、现代高效的领导与管理等方面具有引领价值的教育思想与实践。
Mr. TANG Shengchang owns fifty one years of teaching experience, and has held the position of the headmaster of Shanghai High School for twenty four years. Given his achievement and contribution, he could be considered as a ＂rich mine＂ for the field of education. A study of his education ideas could lend wide perspective when endeavoring to reform the foundational education in China. Mr. Tang＇ s education ideas are deeply rooted in his years of education practice. His education ideas cover various aspects. The article selects six valuable topics to explore Mr. Tang＇ s education ideas, including i） education for outstanding students, ii） three character （ meaningful, critical, and interactive） education, iii） early cultivation of ereativeAL talents, iv） establishing international education on one＇ s own initiative, v） building digital campus, and vi） modern and efficient leadership and management.
